Need fuzz, any fuzz is as good, need chorus any chorus is as good. I do not bother with anyone's presets except the NI factory and my own customization because I have found that most user presets are not even close. I only found it in the moment when doing a quick search online in response to your post.

Ideally, a translated list would be categorized and alphabetized for searching. If there was a translated list you might only see a few that you overlooked. You will spot things based on what you listen to. It might be easier to go through the preset lists and look for names you understand.
